My service offering
I can help you with all, or a selection of the following:
Design formulation - Working with your architect/building designer to finalise a home design that works for you and your family based on your individual needs.
Preliminaries/Planning - Managing the process of your DA/CDC applications in conjunction with your architect/building designer.
Builder selection - Going out to market, compiling quotes from a selection of reputable building companies; honing proposals, selecting the chosen supplier and finalising the scope of works.
Project coordination - Continuous coordination between you and the builders through the duration of the project through to complete fit off.
Interior Concepts - Pre-design and schematic design development e.g. room layouts drawn up in CAD; moodboards, finishes and fixtures specification.
Procurement of all Prime Cost (PC) items - Sourcing and delivery of all PC items including but not limited to flooring, tapware, tiles, joinery, glass, door & cabinetry hardware., furniture, furnishings & accessories.
Quality control - working collaboratively with all trades on site during fit- off stage.
Decoration & Styling - building a vision to create the home you love to live in. A cohesive, beautiful space you will be proud of.
